店舗裏に駐車場完備
平日14時半過ぎの訪問で１割程度の入り方。入口で声を掛け体温測定と指先消毒のあと、適当であろうカウンター席に着き、板前に注文方を確認のうえ、写真入りのメニュー表より希望の品を専用注文票に書いてオーダー。
まずは光もの。
・真鯵
身は小さくて薄いけど価格相応か。鯵には生姜が必須。
お次は白身。
・真鯛
大きさは悪くないけど、まるで湯通しを行ったかのような脂の抜けた身。
モフモフとした食感に違和感あり。
お次が赤身。
・マグロ赤身
スシローレベルで190円。
・本マグロ中落
これが結構美味いです。ユッケからごま油を引いて、ネギとワサビを加えたような風味。
・国産本マグロ中トロ
赤味のおよそ3倍の値段。なぜであろうか、使い切れないほどのワサビがてんこ盛り。
適量利用し、拘りの醤油にタップリと漬け、大人しく口に含めば訪れる小幸せ。
美味いものは高い。
〆には軍艦巻きと、メール会員登録でサービスされる汁。
・サーモン軍艦
通常2巻のところ、サービスで3巻とのこと。
アラのような部位であることが理由であろうか。
100円寿司のように巻き海苔がけち臭くない点は嬉しい。
・生海苔汁
普通に美味い。〆にはこういうのがいい。
この内容で税込み1,900円弱。中途半端な時間にちょこっと食える、大手100円寿司よりは美味い。
