I wonder when I first visited. There was a notice on the table about the udon, saying that for some reason the udon was long. I remember it was certainly long (it was a meter long for that kind of menu), and I was excited to eat it. After a while, the menu disappeared, and the excitement was gone. A little while later. That said, the attention to detail is the same, and this is hand-stretched udon. The edge of the udon is like ittanmomen (old), which always gives me a fresh surprise. That's the udon, nabeyaki udon. I've loved nabeyaki udon since I was a child. Aji no Mingei has a wide variety of udon, so it's hard to choose, but when you do, it's safe and secure nabeyaki udon. Gentle broth, gentle ittanmomen. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal! Oh, just one thing. I think about it every time. The air freshener in the bathroom is strong and the scent reaches inside the restaurant. Really. The tablet ordering, which has a poor UI design, is still okay. I wish they would do something about this. This is the first time I've ever felt like my food should be served quickly for reasons other than how hungry I was.
