Our specialty is, without a doubt, the meat itself! The meat is the lifeblood of any Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, and about 80% of it is domestic Wagyu beef. Sometimes we also use Matsusaka beef, Maesawa beef, Sendai beef, etc., but we purchase based on the quality of the meat at the time, rather than the brand. This is why we can offer high-quality meat at a reasonable price!
