国家戦略特区として農地に建てられたレストラン。 |
今回、仕事のお取引先の方に連れられて訪問。
とても静かな場所にあり、車でないと訪問しづらいなというのが難点ですが、13:00前時点で既に満席でしたでした。
その方曰く、農園でのレストランNGですが、特区指定認定されておりその農園で採れたお野菜を使ったお料理を提供しているのだそうだ。(お米とお肉はわかりませんが)
メニューはたくさんあるものの、鶏肉ばかりが目立っていた印象です。唐揚げ(塩麹、油淋鶏、韓国風など)と蒸し鶏。
私は油淋鶏、お取引先様はカレーを注文。

・たっぷりのサニーレタスや水菜(？)の上に唐揚げがゴロンとのっています。油淋鶏のたれでサッパリといただけますが多いのでお取引先様に手伝っていただく。
・6種の野菜のプレートがキレイに乗っていて可愛らしい。どれも美味しく玉ねぎが際立って美味しかった。新鮮な野菜が食べられて幸せです。
また食べたいと思うものの、場所的に来づらいなという残念な思いです。
身体に優しい無農薬野菜が食べられるのと、明るくて笑顔な店員さんが好印象のお店でした。ごちそうさまです。
