お昼にお邪魔しましました。
ちょっと不便な場所にありますが、駐車場も9台分あるので安心です。
開店前ですが、すでに7名ほど待機。
順番待ちカードをもらい開店まで待ちます。
一昨日もラーメン食べたので、今日はいつもと違う味にしたく、特製濃厚そばを注文。
周りを見ると、普通の中華そばを注文している人の方が多かったかな。
麺は細麺でやや硬め。良いですね！
スープは濃厚というだけあってこってりしてます。出汁に鶏の様々な部位を使いコクを出しているようです。
ワンタンも鶏肉を使っているようで、ツルッとしてます。
チャーシューは炙った厚手のバラと肩ロースかな。
美味しかったけど、濃厚スープでお腹が重くなってしまいました
