"I want to convey the deliciousness of Wagyu beef..." Our restaurant was opened to fulfill this desire. The meat we purchase is carefully selected from the highest quality A5 rank female beef. The fine texture of the meat, the quality of the oil that isn't too strong, the strength of the flavor...there's a feeling that you can't get with male beef. In addition to the standard short ribs and tongue, the rare cuts of misuji are must-try dishes!
