大好きな店
２年１０ヶ月ぶり。
２０年くらい前に初来店。
１０回以上来てる。
最近も２年に１回くらいではあるが定期的に訪問。
20年の間に別邸が２つくらい増えているが、メインの建物はなんら変わらない。
港町の居酒屋といった感じのこの雰囲気はとても落ち着く。
店の付近はずいぶん変わった。
古びた団地だけだったのが団地ごと建て替えてここまで発展するとは思わなかった。
店のシステムも変わらない。
冊子にすることなくA4サイズくらいの紙が束になっている。なので見づらい。最近はスマホに撮影して自作の電子メニュー表にしてる。
相変わらず何を食べても美味しい。
炒飯も焼鳥もポテトもスイーツも美味しい。
当然、値は多少張るがまだまだリピートしたい店。
今回気に入ったのはアンコウの唐揚げ。
淡白な感じはなく、食べ応え充分。
かぼちゃプリンはここの名物のひとつ。
１００%注文してるのはこれくらいかも。
毎回ほんとうに美味しい。
炒飯はやや水分多めに感じだが味付けはとても良い。
良くも悪くも昔と変わらない店。
呼んだ際に来てくれないことが多いのでQRやタッチパネルだったらもっと良いのになぁ。
と思う次第。メニューも見やすくなるだろうし。

自分が２０年以上お世話になっている店
今回は実家の両親を誘って。
なのでいつもよりも品数多く少しずつつまんだ。
茅ヶ崎は他に魚を出す店が多くあるが、店によっては魚の質に頼りすぎて、料理の質がイマイチという店もある中、ここは焼鳥やスイーツなど何を食べても美味しい。料理を作っている人の実力の高さが窺える。
20年一切変わらぬ非常に見ずらいバラバラの紙のメニューはタブレット化してほしいなぁと思うが、これがこの店のスタイルなのかもね、と諦めて、毎回iPadでメニューを撮影して、自家製のタブレットメニュー表を作るのが定番。
