茅ヶ崎駅南口から線路沿いに西方向に歩いて暫く行くと、コンクリート打ちっ放しのビルに、樽や木製ドアで木の温もり感じさせるモダンな鉄板焼きレストランでランチを頂きました。
ランチメニューから、本気のハンバーグ150g 1,000円と牛ハラミ鉄板ステーキ 1,100円に追加メニューからズワイガニクリームコロッケ350円を２個オーダー。
結構歩き回って来たので、お冷代わりの冷たい緑茶が美味しい。
最初にズワイガニクリームコロッケが出てきました。
熱々のコロッケを割ってみると、トロトロのベシャメルに蟹がたっぷりと入ってピンク色になっています。
空きっ腹だったので、瞬間的に完食するくらい美味しい。
本気のハンバーグはスキレットでサーブされました。
分厚い鋳鉄のフライパンは保温力があるので、ジュージュー言っているので、表面はしっかり焦げ目がついてカリッと焼けているが、中の肉は弾力があって肉々しいので、繋ぎは少ないようです。
ソースはデミグラスか和風鬼おろしが選べたので、和風鬼おろしをオーダー。粗くおろした大根のシャキシャキとした食感と、しっかりとした挽肉が合っていました。
ハラミステーキは、これぞ鉄板焼きというワイルドな感じです。
食べやすいサイズにカットしてあるので、箸でいただきました。
中心部はきれいなピンク色ですが、ちゃんと火が通っていて美味しい。
ハラミなので噛みごたえがあって、がっつり肉を食べたという満足感がありました。
スタッフの接客も感じがよくて気分が良い。
臥薪は近辺にテイストの異なる何店舗か出店しているようなので、回ってみたいものです。
