茅ヶ崎に　過ぎたるもの二つあり　　サザンオールスターズと　スペインクラブのフラメンコ : SPAIN CLUB CHIGASAKI

Table seats are available on the first and second floors. Show charge is 1500 yen per person! Now it's 6:30pm. Dancers, performers, and singers appear on the stage. The singer sings with a deep voice that resonates with the soul. The dancers dance with their toes and heels. Step on the floor and find a rhythm. Play the guitar with your fingertips. Playing the guitar. Makes unique hand movements. In addition, the dancers play the rhythm of castanets called parillo and liven up the occasion by chanting jaleo. Dancing, wine and food. What a different space. It's like "Flying to Madrid". This is Chigasaki, my town. After the meal and the show. This store is located from JR Chigasaki Station. Closely located, about 3 minutes walk. 茅ヶ崎でも、いや湘南でも。珍しいフラメンコやスパニッシュギターの。ライブステージが味わえる。しかも外観、内部もまるで。スペインに旅行で訪問したような。本場の雰囲気を感じる。スペインのバルというよりも。本当にレストランとも。

装飾品などスペインから。取り寄せた本物。したがって有名なTVドラマに。映画にも登場したことがある。そのくらい雰囲気がある。しかしこの店にしてもコロナの影響が。実はこのあたりに銀行が。それで時折店の前を通る。一時はテイクアウトを活発に。アルコールなしの。ランチなしで頑張っていた。

この日久しぶりに。午後の一時をワインで。スタッフはみなさん活き活きと。なにか吹っ切れたような。もう心配ない。ほとんど終息した。ふたたび活気を取り戻す。

なぜか茅ケ崎にスペインクラブが登場。あの月島や銀座に数店舗を展開するスペインクラブグループによる新店舗。店は大きなスペイン風ビルディングという構え。茅ケ崎には大衆的なスペインバルがあるが。このような本格派は初めて。とにかく目立つ！

場所はJR茅ケ崎駅北口のヨーカ堂とエメロードの間。いつの間にかこんな路地に誕生したのか。まるであたりを睥睨するような威圧感すら感じる。4月27日に開店だが目立つ場所にあるので連日予約で満席。東京の有名店、フラメンコのショーなど話題性があるのだろう。

ただ、内部は月島店とくらべてやや窮屈。カウンターに席を取ったが6名しかない小ぶり。1階のテーブル席もそれなりの容量。要は奥の舞台が大きいので仕方ないのだろう。そのショーは何曜日か未定。この日は舞台上にもターブル席を。

月島の店はやや高めの値段設定を感じたが。この茅ケ崎店も、「当地としては」やや強気に思える。一説によると6億円の建築費を投じたそうだ。そしてメニューの種類も月島と比べると限られているように感じる。湘南や相模湾の食材など好感は持てるが。

料理は良く言えば、日本人に理解できるような基本が多い。他方、スペイン各地方の「良いとこどり」でもある。スペインはカタルーニャ、バスクなどその食文化はかなり異なる。あの藤沢のEのようなバスクに絞った凄みは感じない。

ワインは2000円台から中心は5000円程度とリーズナブル。ただし、私が知っているような。CPの良いスペインワインは見当たらない。この会社はワインほかの食材も扱っているが。スペインでの仕入れ先の問題なのか。

さてホワイトアスパラガス、ヒコイワシ酢漬、焼き野菜のマリネ、イベリコ豚肩ロースグリルと続く（アラカルト）。このイベリコ豚グリルは出色。脂が乗り、当日の赤ワイン（テンプラリーニョ）との相性が良い。1400 円でも十分価値があると思う。

ここでいきなり大きな掛け声（合図）が。パエリアが出来上がったのだ。大きなパエリャパンで一挙に炊いているので。アルミホイルお開けると活気が沸き立つ。炊き上がったパエリアパンを2人がかりで持って掛け声とともに客席の間を見せて回る。

パエリアは早めに予約しないと売り切れになるので要注意。炊き上げるのに時間がかかるのだ。

調度品、インテリアなどはスペインから取り寄せたのか。結構豪華に飾っている。それらを眺めるのも楽しい。サービスはまだ開店直後でぎこちなさを感じる。慣れれば大丈夫だろう。まずはお手頃なランチを。気に入ればディナーというのがおススメ。
