茅ヶ崎駅南口から徒歩6分くらいのイタリア食堂Sanaでランチです。
2022年5月にオープンしたそうなので、まだ新しいながらも白い壁にウッド調のインテリアで落ち着いた感じです。
ランチメニューは、
Pranzo A:前菜＋本日のパスタ80g＋フォカッチャ＋ドリンク 1800円
Pranzo B:前菜＋本日の肉料理＋フォカッチャ＋ドリンク 2000円
Pranzo C:前菜＋本日のパスタ50g＋本日の肉料理+フォカッチャ＋ドリンク 2600円

とキャパの割には種類が豊富なので悩みましたが、
Pranzo Bの肉料理を、山ゆり牛トリッパとギアラのトマト煮込みでお願いします
前菜は、湘南産の野菜サラダに、リエットのバケット載せ、生ハム、パテドカンパーニュ、カルパッチョが、盛り合わせられています。
個々の食材がボリュームがあって食べ応えがあります。
地野菜のミネストローネは、たくさんの野菜とトマトの旨味が口中に広がって美味しい。
メインの山ゆり牛トリッパとギアラのトマト煮込みは、ハチノスとギアラの異なる歯応えの対比が楽しい。
お客さんはほぼ女性ばかりなのでワインを頼みにくい空気でしたけど、このコース内容ならグラスワインを2杯は飲めると思いました。
