The simple "Sugar Butter" is made with fermented butter and mineral-rich cassonade, the "Salted Caramel" is made with a bittersweet homemade caramel sauce, and the "Citron" is topped with plenty of lemon juice. Great for eating on the go.

Our store is located right in front of the sea. The structure is such that you can see the view from anywhere in the store and feel the sound of the waves. The floors and walls are made of large stones and wood purchased from overseas, which were completely ordered by a full-time plasterer. The interior design is designed with living and breathing materials (spaces) in mind, allowing you to feel one with the ocean and nature even while staying indoors. Please come and visit our relaxing shop where you can take a breather and relax while enjoying our signature coffee.
