Authentic cuisine prepared by a chef with experience working in mainland Italy and Michelin restaurants. At reasonable prices, you can enjoy a menu that is not only delicious but also visually appealing. Ingredients are carefully selected from around the world, including fish from Chigasaki Fisheries, Prosciutto from France, and pork from Shonan raised on olives. Recommended dishes include bagna cauda made with steamed Kamakura vegetables, and carpaccio of seared specially selected beef. Also, the marriage of Grand Cherry bread handmade from dough and food is a must-see.
