お昼をかなり過ぎてからの昼食に立ち寄る。なんでこんなところに讃岐うどん？
店内は広くて、余裕のあるテーブル配置。窓の外はあくまでも田舎。
香りが良いというきざみうどんと、釜揚げうどんを注文。
小判型の桶に入って供された釜揚げうどんは、とても熱い。うどんは、讃岐という割にはそれほどのコシの強さはない。ツユは辛口。ここまで甘さを感じないツユは珍しい。
きざみうどんは、とにかく薄味。関西のうどんは薄味とはいうものの、出汁がたっぷりと効いて塩気もかなり感じるものだが、ここのは、本当にほんのりとした味だ。
神奈川の古い道沿いにちくぜんという店名の讃岐うどん。なんでだ？
