薩摩本節の二年物、利尻昆布の一等、大分の原木乾椎茸をふんだんにつかい出汁をとり、長野の醤油、三河の味醂で作った返しと合わせてつゆを作っています。 また、カレーそばは20種類のスパイスを焙煎、挽いてルーを作り、相模豚や完熟柿を使って味わい深い一品に仕上げています。 平塚の南側、海に近い住宅地で営業しております。どうぞ、お近くに来られました際には立ち寄りください。
