手打ち蕎麦とお酒のお店です。
薩摩本節の二年物、利尻昆布の一等、大分の原木乾椎茸をふんだんにつかい出汁をとり、長野の醤油、三河の味醂で作った返しと合わせてつゆを作っています。 また、カレーそばは20種類のスパイスを焙煎、挽いてルーを作り、相模豚や完熟柿を使って味わい深い一品に仕上げています。 平塚の南側、海に近い住宅地で営業しております。どうぞ、お近くに来られました際には立ち寄りください。 |
お店は、平塚駅から南側の住宅街にあります。残念ながら駐車場はありませんが、近くにコインパーキングを利用する感じです。店内も綺麗で雰囲気あるんですが、やはりサービスって大事ですね。蕎麦もそこそこ美味いんですが、色々感じますね
