We offer high-quality Japanese black beef of A4 and A5 rank. The meat is carefully cut at restaurant. We also handle about 25 types of rare parts such as sea fleas and fins. About 6 types are offered each day. The lineup changes depending on the arrival of the day, so feel free to inquire about the contents! The platter comes in three types: pine, bamboo, and plum.
