平塚で働く社員にいろいろ教えてもらうために平塚遠征。
駅近くのこのお店をチョイス。
１Fがファミリーマート。
店内完全個室の内装で、周囲を気にせず滞在できる。
まずは飲み物。
ビールと梅酒ソーダで乾杯。
メニューを見てみると意外に個性的な料理が多く、
楽しみ。
まずは
かいわれ大根のおかかマヨ。
たっぷりのかいわれにたっぷりのおかか、その上にマヨソースがかかっていて、
これが絶妙な塩梅。
正直これだけでもあたりな気分。
次に
厚切り牛タン炭火焼き。
肉厚の牛タン。
肉汁たっぷり。
このあたりから
ハイボールに変更。
焼鳥盛り合わせ
4本。
砂肝、正肉、ネギマ、にんにくと正肉。
塩味がいい感じ。
牛肉の大葉巻きてんぷら。
あっさりした仕上がりがシンプルな味わいでいい感じ。
ここで麦のソーダ割。
鶏のから揚げ。
表面がカラッと揚がっていて、絶妙。
カツオのたたき。
カツオは鮮度と調理方法が重要ですが、
ここのはとても鮮度も高く、癖もなく、食べやすい。
オムそば。
麺は少し太めでソースがきいて美味。
地鶏の炭火焼き。
皮がぱりっと仕上がっていて肉部分は柔らかくジューシー。
鍋料理だったり、牛肉系の料理だったり、
まだまだ食べたいものが多くあり、
何度来ても飽きなさそう。
仲間内の宴会などは楽しく使えそうなお店です。
