SNSでずっと気になっていた店舗にやっとお出来ました。
土曜日の午後12:30頃到着で、前に2組の記帳あり。
店舗を見渡そうとしたところ、記帳して外で待てとの事。
まあしょうがないかと、外で待ちました。
2組が退店されたのでもう少しかなと思っていたところ､2組とも存在なしで、当方が来店となりました。
1番高いお任せ握りを注文、15分後に到着。
フライ3種､握り8種他小魚前菜&玉子、荒汁、香のもので3,300円。シャリが小さく、これなら定食頼んで、ご飯お代わりが良かったなど後悔。何故かサビ抜き､むらさきを刷毛で塗っているのですが、味が薄い。荒汁は具なしで温度45度くらい。フライが1番美味しかったです。
狭い厨房で使い勝手悪そうで仕方ないですが、もう少しプロの仕事をしても良いのではないでしょうか？
