Particularly recommended are the ``Daisen Chicken and Camembert Cheese Pie Wrapped Fried'', which is a hearty dish that can be shared, and the ``Aged Mochi Natto'', which is topped with daikon radish and natto and dipped in dashi soup. It goes perfectly with alcohol, so please enjoy it as a snack. The shop's namesake ``Ojare Spring Roll'' is a spring roll filled with mentaiko, hanpen, shiso leaves, and cheese, making it extremely filling. This is a dish that we highly recommend to those visiting our store for the first time.

We have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages that are perfect for `` Grilled skewer'', which is an essential part of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu. Shochu is made mainly from sweet potatoes, which are the most abundant. We offer black koji from Sato, which Kagoshima Prefecture is proud of, and Yakiimo Kurose, which has less unpleasant flavor. There are plenty of brands that Kyushu is proud of, such as "Taimei" from Oita Prefecture and "Toyonagazo" rice shochu from Kumamoto Prefecture!
