At Daishogun, we have been using A4 to 5 rank Wagyu beef for our Yakiniku (Grilled meat) menu ever since our establishment, so you can enjoy the flavor and sweetness of the meat.

We are particular about Binchotan charcoal, and you can enjoy yakiniku grilled over Binchotan charcoal, with a traditional charcoal grill on the first floor and a smokeless Yakiniku (Grilled meat) on the second floor. Enjoy the delicious meat that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
