川崎日航ホテルの5階に佇むしゃぶしゃぶ専門店で、初夏の旬味と国産牛リブロースを堪能する素晴らしいひとときを過ごしました。
まず、店内は全面禁煙で清潔感があり、心地よい雰囲気が漂っています。川崎駅からも近く、アクセスも抜群です。個室利用の際には別途2000円の料金がかかりますが、その分プライベートな空間で美味しい料理を楽しめるのは嬉しいポイントですね。
さて、注文したのは初夏の旬味と国産牛リブロース食べ放題セットコース。8800円というリーズナブルな価格で、お肉好きにはたまらない内容でした。牛肉、豚肉、野菜などが食べ放題という贅沢なセットに、心躍る気持ちで食事を始めました。
まずは、お肉の美味しさに驚きました。特に国産牛リブロースは、ジューシーで柔らかく、一口食べるたびに幸せな気持ちに包まれました。付け合わせのたれも三種類用意されており、飽きることなく楽しめました。
また、飲み物も充実しており、エビス生ビールや麦焼酎など、自分好みのお酒を楽しむことができました。ただし、一部の商品が品切れとなっていた点は残念でしたが、それでも美味しい料理と共に楽しいひとときを過ごすことができました。
しかし、残念ながら店員さんの対応には少し不満が残りました。お皿やグラスを置く際のマナーが欠けていたり、一部の接客が荒っぽかったりと、改善の余地はあるように感じました。今後は、接客にもっと気を配ってほしいですね。
それでも、料理の美味しさや雰囲気の良さは十分に楽しめました。特に、しゃぶしゃぶは自分で作る楽しみもある一方で、店員さんにおまかせすることもでき、心地よいサービスが魅力でした。
