本格坦々刀削麺
席に着くと元気な中国のお兄さんがコップに並々注がれたお茶を持ってきてくれます。注文確認する時の坦々刀削麺の発音がネイティブで素敵です。
さて、到着した坦々刀削麺は美味しそうです。色が濃いですが辛さはそこまででもなく少し甘みがあります。卓上の花山椒で痺れをプラスするとさらに美味しいです。
刀削麺は結構量が多いです。（ミニ麻婆丼をつけなくて良かったです笑）
個人的な好みですが平打ち麺の方が良かったかもな〜と思いました。
スープはほとんど飲んでしまいました。
次は麻婆豆腐にチャレンジします！

This time I tried mapo tofu. It comes out stone-grilled and is simmering. The impact is amazing. It's obvious, but it's really hot when you eat it lol, so you have to hoo-hoo. Since it's stone fired, it doesn't cool down easily, so if you don't have much time or don't want to sweat, you might want to avoid it. However, the complex taste of Medicinal Food becomes addictive. Apparently they also have mapo tofu with curry, cheese, and coriander, which caught my attention.
