鰻を食べたく、違う店に行ったのですが、行列で、ラゾーナに行くことに、そこで見つけたのが『音音』のひつまぶし
以前に上野店や恵比寿店に行き、少々値は張ったものの美味しかった記憶があり、期待して入店。店員の接客も未熟で、飲み物や食べ物が出るのが遅かったです(>_<)
ひつまぶしですが、見た目も味もですが、牛丼屋さんの方が美味しいんじゃないかと思ってしまいました。残念
料理ではどれも素材の旨味が全く感じられず、板前さんの業も未熟なんではないかと、不完全燃焼のまま帰宅しました(笑)
