川崎駅周辺では、一番の小料理屋さん
知り合いに連れていって貰った。大将のお任せで頼む。まず、お通しが、３品 つぶ貝の出汁煮、お浸し、どれも出汁が良く美味しい。次に刺し盛り そんなに盛付けは上手くないが、刺身は絶品。久々に美味しいカツオを頂いた。ウニ、勘八、ヒラメ。タイ、どれもいける❗ 次に天麩羅の盛合せ 甘エビの天麩羅を初めて頂いた。さつまいも、甘エビの頭(かなり大きい) 春の野菜、タラの芽も揚げてくれた。次は、ホタテ貝、アスパラのバター醤油味の一品。酒のつまみに最高だ。最後の〆は、特別に手打蕎麦を出してくれた。十割ではないが、美味しい。
ご夫婦でやられていて、カウンターがあり、接客も良く、素晴らしい店。毎日でも通いたい。そんな店なので、評価は、最高の4だ。これ以上の店が、川崎駅周辺にあったら、是非教えて欲しい。

寡黙で調理をたんたんとこなす大将と接客上手は奥様が切り盛りする極上店
先付の三点盛は今日も美味しい。写真を取り忘れたが、ゴーヤを細かく切ったものと、ホタテ貝のひもとわけぎを合わせ、ヌタのようなもの、ソースが美味しかった(残念だが、正体がわからなかった)
それに、茶碗蒸しをバットか何かに作って切り出したものに、餡をかけたもの 多少洲が入っていたが、餡は出汁がきいていて、最高の味わい。行儀が悪いが、大好きな味だったので、飲んでしまいました。この時点で、日本酒をいただかなくては、料理がもったいないので、日本酒をオーダー
次に刺し盛りを頼んだ。刺身はそつなく、全て平均点以上！おいしかった。
つまみの続きはアン肝。濃厚な味わいで、私の知っている店のトップ３に入る出来上がりだった。
薩摩揚は自家製だと奥様に伺ったので、頼むと、かにとレンコンの真薯のような感じだった。中はフワフワ、レンコンの食感がいい。かなりの出来具合で、再訪したら、また頼む一品に加わった。
