ランチに訪れました。かなり久々の2回目です。
頼んだのは、お魚膳。メインのお魚料理は選べて、鰆の唐揚げに。そして、お刺身、小鉢です。
鰆の唐揚げ、衣は軽くサクッサクッ。そして、鰆は身がふわっふわっ！とても美味しいです。
お刺身、鰹、茹で蛸、鯛。鰹は臭みゼロではありませんが、味は濃く美味しいです。蛸も鯛も美味しいのですが、一切れづつ。もう一切れ欲しい！
小鉢3種
分葱のぬた、中には寒天が。ホロホロした寒天と円やかな酸味のぬたが合います。
白和、見た目は普通ですが、食べると独特の風味。ハム⁉︎かな。意外と合います！
お芋とお魚の甘辛煮、丁度良い甘辛具合。ご飯に合います。
胡瓜のお新香と沢庵
自家製ですね。沢庵がとても地味深かった。
お味噌汁、あら汁です。お魚の出汁が良く出ていて、染み入る美味しさ。
どれも美味しく、大将の腕の良さ、丁寧な仕事ぶりを感じられました。
ただ、ご飯がイマイチ。艶がなく固めでした。
ちなみに、値上がりしてました（泣）！
お魚膳1400円。味は良いが、お刺身の量、メインのボリュームを考えると、ちょっと厳しい。
むしろ、ちょっとご馳走様ランチに2000円からの昼会席とかに利用した方が良いのかも。
日替わりで1000円からもあり、それを頼んでる方が多かったです。
