【2018/05/31】 Sun Dian Kebab
川崎のチキンケバブ専門店
元々会社員だった頃の通勤途中にあったケバブショップを気に入って、通う内に自分でも店を開きたいと思うようになり、地元の川崎でお店を開いたと言う事らしい。2012年オープンの6年目。場所は川崎のソリッドスクエアの横になる。
11:30開店。
メニューはチキンケバブを使ったピタサンド、丼ぶり、お弁当の三種類。
マイルド、辛口、激辛、ガーリックの4種類からお好みのソースを選び、オプションはお肉大盛り、ご飯大盛り、ピクルストッピングから追加出来る。鶏は国産鶏を使用していると書かれてあった。
店には一本のドネルケバブが立ててあった。
秋葉原や六本木で見られるワゴン販売のケバブは牛肉か鶏肉で、トルコで食べるラム肉は使っていない。勿論豚肉は宗教上の理由から食べる事はない。日本人が国産に拘ると値段が高い牛肉は避けて鶏肉になるのはしょうがないと思う。
全てのメニューはテイクアウトするか店内に3席あるのでそこで頂く事も出来る。
PITASAND ピタサンド \600
・辛口
・ガーリック
ピタサンドは正しい持ち方をしないと食べ難い。
店にガイドがあるのでそれに従って紙に包みながら食べる事。
ガーリックは殆どガーリックの香りがしなかった。
味はケバブとしては普通かな。ちょっと薄味の感じもする。
それに一般的にトルコ人のカバブ屋さんの方が肉の盛りが多いように思う。
野菜と肉とソースの量のバランスが現地の人と日本人では違うようだ。
