京急川崎駅から徒歩5分。カウンター10席のみの小さな串揚げ屋です。素材は産地から拘り、油は100%菜種油なので揚げ上がりはサラッと、秘伝のパン粉は極限まで細かく挽いているので従来の「串揚げ」のイメージとはまた別の物で、串揚 咲良だけの味わいとなっております。カウンターにはブレンドしたソース、色々な種類の塩も置いてあるので自分好みの食べ方で食べて頂けるのも特徴の一つです。
