川崎駅から徒歩2.3分くらいのとこにあるお店さん。階段降った地下1階にあります。
店内へ入るとかなりいい感じ、高級感ある雰囲気の居酒屋さんになります‥！
靴は入り口で脱ぐスタイルです。

ヒラメのお造りは好きなので注文してみました。そんなに量ないだろうと思ってたら甘かった‥！！笑
しっかり2.3人前くらいありそうなボリュームでまずびっくり！薬味をたっぷり使ってお召し上がりくださいとの事でその通り頂きました。
めっちゃ美味しい！！ヒラメ自体食べやすいお魚ではなりますがそれでも美味しいです。

この、のどぐろ 塩焼き がとんでもなく美味しくて‥！！
皮を破いた瞬間のふわりとした湯気とふわふわの真っ白な身‥✨
透明な脂に包まれてて食べるとふわふわであったかくて、こののどぐろの上質な脂が相まってとっても美味しい！
最初はぜひシンプルに、醤油などかけずに食べてほしい‥のどぐろって魚のおいしさをしっかり堪能できる‥シンプルだけど凄く美味しい〜！！
後半は味変的に大根おろしがついてきてるのでそこにお醤油をかけて一緒に味わってみたり、レモンを少し絞ってさっぱりさせて食べてみたりなどしました。
久しぶりに焼き魚を頂きましたがこののどぐろは本当美味しかったです。ご飯が欲しくなるし、また合うように一緒に頼んだお酒 雪の茅舎がいい感じでした！日本で初めてオーガニック認定を受けたお酒でもあり、香りはフルーティで飲んですぐの味もフルーティなのですが味わって行く内にお酒らしさがしっかり出てくるお酒。
ヒラメの時から飲んでても良かったかも！口の中が一気にリセットされる感じがお魚と合ってていい！！
大人のメロンソーダがめっちゃ美味しいのでデザートの代わりとかでも是非頼んでみてほしいです‥！
いい感じにメロンらしさもしっかりありつつ、アイスも乗ってて可愛い感じなのに程よくお酒が効いててさっぱりとした甘さで美味しい！
甘いの好きな私的には凄くヒットなお酒でもありました！
結構満足しちゃったので他のは頼みませんでしたがこれは他のお刺身やお料理も期待大！！また行きたいお店さんです！大満足！ご馳走様でした✨
