We mainly serve Yakiniku (Grilled meat) made from Soshu beef, which is also certified as a Kanagawa brand. The cows are raised in good health using clean water and traditional fattening techniques, and are characterized by their fine-grained meat and concentrated flavor. The short ribs and rare Japanese beef skirt steak are must-try dishes. All of our hormones are made from Japanese beef.
