サメ軟骨梅水晶和えはもうお酒との組み合わせ最高すぎて泣けちゃうんじゃないかしら！？
りんごサワーで飲んでもうたまらない組み合わせに
今日の飲みも大成功って感じだわ！

一夜干しでやってきて、ただでさえ滋味深く脂の味わいが綺麗なのに
干されたことと焼き味のふんわり感でさらにパワーアップしてるわね！
柔らかく甘味もある美味しいお魚よ

左からほっき貝、タコ、サーモンだわ
どのお刺身も新鮮かつ、青々とした海産特有の美味しさがあったわ
タコなんてプリプリを超えているわ
すりおろしのりんごサワーが甘くて凛としてお刺身を盛り上げるわ
