チッタの喫煙所に「らーめん始めた」のポスターを見て初訪問、場所はラチッタデッラの外れ、夜は肉メインの鉄板酒場らしいですが利用したことはありません。
12時少し前に伺い1番乗り？ 後からポツポツ入店されてました。
中華そば880円 大盛150円 ライス無料
麺は変わってますね、ツルモチですけどラーメンではあまり食べたことがない食感。
キレのある醤油、節系の出汁、塩も程よく、あっさりだけど旨味を強く感じるスープ、これ好きな味です。
チャーシューは、柔らかくはない、ジューシーでもないけど、たくさん入っててお得。メンマは噛むとバリッっていう感じ。他はネギとナルトのシンプルなトッピングです。
場所が分かりにくく、宣伝もあまりしていないみたいですが、夜メインでやってる割に本格的で美味しいラーメン、コスパも良いと感じました。
