Saigo offers a Tosa Bincho skewer course using carefully selected chicken. We often use Shingen chicken from Yamanashi Prefecture, Aomori Shamorock, Akita's Hinai Jidori, etc., but we basically offer them on a daily basis. Since the menu is based on the day's purchase, we cannot provide details of the menu, but we will introduce an example of each course.
