川崎駅東口から歩いてすぐの場所にある居酒屋さん。2023年4月創業。看板メニューの「ゴマカンパチ」や「レモンもつ鍋」、「さつま揚げ」をはじめとした九州名物の料理を日本酒と合わせて楽しめる。もちろん、新鮮な刺身やたこわさ等、定番のおつまみまでメニューの幅が広い。個室、半個室、テーブル席と人数に合わせた活用が出来、忘年会から女子会など様々な用途で使用可能。

平日の夜に足を運びました。
予約して入りました。忘年会シーズンというのもあり、見渡す限り満席だったので予約して入った方が良さそうです。
◆まずは日本酒、【伯楽星】(1合/¥1000)でしっぽりとスタート。このお店では獺祭、ばくれん+20〜超辛口〜、田酒、伯楽屋と人気の日本酒が一合1000円〜1400円でいただける。ガラスの酒器も風流だ。
伯楽星のバナナやメロンのような甘さと一緒にいただく海鮮は格別！まずは【ゴマカンパチ】(¥1980)の真ん中に乗った黄身を少し混ぜて。食べてみるとカンパチ自体が新鮮で滑らかな口当たり。黄身によってとろみがついた胡麻の濃厚さがカンパチに絡み合うので一口で思わず「うまっ」と声に出てしまう。
寒い時期とあって後から運ばれたお通しは【もつ煮込み】。九州の名物をたくさん提供しているお店なので丁寧に下処理いただいているよう。モツの臭みが一切なく非常に食べやすかった。人参や大根などもほろほろになるまで煮込まれているので友人も大満足。
続いて【さつま揚げ】(¥680)は蒲鉾のようなサイズを想像していたが結構大きい！嬉しい誤算。カリッとした表面に、とろりと解けるような口当たりの蒲鉾が九州へ旅に行ったような気持ちにさせてくれる。また、1番人気の【九州地鶏の唐揚げ(小)】(¥630)もサイズが大きい。天かすのようにクリスピーな衣とジューシーな鶏肉がお見事。レタスに巻いて食べても美味しいかもしれない。
普段は日本酒ばかり飲んでいるのでせっかくなのでハイボールを。【白州】(¥900)や【山崎】(¥900)を注文し、友人と飲み比べ。どちらもソーダとの配合が素晴らしく、白州はすっきりとした、山崎はハイボールらしい、それぞれの味わいをしっかり堪能できた。
おこげと粒々になった明太子が美味しい〆のご飯【石焼き明太ご飯】(¥820)と、【季節のアイス】(¥520)を食べて大満足で店を後にした。
お腹も心も満たされるオススメできる居酒屋でした。
