川崎にある酔い来い川崎駅前店へ♂️
やっとお気に入りのソファが見つかり
落ち着いて暮らすことが出来そうですタケダです。
本日は川崎〜。
いろんなお店があっていいな。
#近くにあればもっと行くのに
川崎駅から徒歩3分くらいのこちらへ。
めっちゃデカい看板に
酔っぱらっしゃいませの暖簾。
これが川崎スタイルですか。

店内は半個室、個室と
宴会ができる広い部屋と
いろんな用途で使えそうなお店。
#この日も楽しそうな声がいっぱい
九州名物が食べられるってことで
かなり楽しみにしてた。
九州行ったことないのに
九州料理は結構食べてるな
注文したのは、
◾️本格もつ鍋(レモントッピング)
インパクトがダイナマイトな鍋。
ここまでやるかくらいのレモンの量。
何個分使ってるんやろ。
ベースは味噌、醤油、塩の３つ。
レモンなら塩が合いますとのことで
塩にしました。
確かにめっちゃ合う。
レモンの酸味と塩ベースの出汁が最高。
さっぱりだけどコクもあって
がっつけちゃう鍋。
もつもプリプリ。
◾️ゴマカンパチ
卵黄を崩して周りの胡麻とカンパチして。
この食べ方は初めてやなーと
九州を味わいながら食べた。
カンパチの程よい脂と旨み、
そこに卵黄の濃厚さと旨みプラス、
胡麻の風味が合わさったならケミストリー。
◾️馬刺し2種盛り
赤身とハツ。
良い歯応えと旨みがたまらん。
できることなら毎日馬刺し食べたい。
トレーニーならこの気持ちわかるはず。
◾️石焼きシラス明太ご飯
今回の隠れ大優勝です。
うますぎやば杉田謙信。
石焼きでおこげ作りながら混ぜ混ぜ。
混ぜてる最中の香りで昇天。
明太子どんな工夫してるんやろ、
美味すぎて感動。
シラスも甘さ増幅の後押しかましてくる。
◾️モツ煮(お通し)
普段撮らないお通しも今回はパシャリ。
その理由がこのモツ煮100円。
お通しでモツ煮きて、
美味いし量もあるのに100円。
どない？すごすぎへん？
大人数で飲むとき有難すぎる。
途中で気づいたけど
鍋の〆でちゃんぽん麺だとか
うどん、雑炊セットあったのに
頼むの忘れてた。
#気付いたときにはシラス明太ご飯たべてた
塩レモンの鍋でちゃんぽん麺は
絶対美味しいと思うな。
#不覚すぎる
飲み物も豊富で
ハイボールだけでも7種類。
日本酒は田酒と獺祭も置いてる。
焼酎は九州のお酒を置いてるよ。
お腹いっぱいになって
帰る頃には満席のお札が。
70席以上あるのに満席はすごい。
定員さんの対応も丁寧で
また来たいと思える。
