``Kyushu Sakaba Hitoboshi Kawasaki store''. This is an Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located on Nakamise Street, east exit of Kawasaki Station. Visited on a Sunday around 6pm. Since it was Sunday, there weren't many customers. I ordered draft beer (605 yen), mentaiko potato salad (649 yen), and namerou (759 yen). Draft beer and appetizer (380 yen) arrived. Otoshi is a salty stew. Mentaiko potato salad also came. It contains potatoes, cucumbers, onions, and carrots, and you crush them yourself using a pestle. Although the amount is large overall, there is only one piece of mentaiko, and when you crush it and stir it, there is almost no feeling of mentaiko. However, it is delicious as a potato salad with plenty of raw vegetables. Namerou has arrived. The fish is horse mackerel. It's not the type that has been pounded thoroughly to make it smooth, but the type that has a certain amount of fillet or grain remaining. I love this kind of thing. Of course, there is no fish smell at all. Since it's Namerou, I'll choose sake. Houou Mita Tsurugi Dry Junmai Sake (1 go, 1,320 yen) I was a little excited, but Houou Mita is delicious. Refreshing and refreshing, is this pure rice sake? That's about it. It's not so dry that it's called dry, but that doesn't mean it's sweet (in other words, it's dry). Even though I only had one Onigiri (rice burger) for lunch, I wasn't that hungry, so I ended up eating one more dish. First time eating grilled Ramen (759 yen). It's a Hakata specialty. I wondered what it was... It was thick and thick on a small round iron plate. What is definitely different from Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) is that the noodles used are ultra-thin straight noodles from Kyushu Tonkotsu Ramen. It is probably lightly stir-fried after being boiled. Accompanied by cabbage and bean sprouts, it is drizzled with pork bone sauce, and topped with green onions and pickled ginger. So, what makes this so delicious? If you like Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen, you'll definitely love this. The sauce tends to accumulate at the bottom of the griddle, so I ate it enthusiastically, flipping the noodles over. Overall, the prices are not very cost-effective, but each dish is quite good. Especially the grilled Ramen. I'll definitely come back to try this.
