Our specialty ``Binchotan Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers)'' uses ``Asa Ichidori'' which is delivered every morning from Shinshu Azumino and has a healthy and mellow flavor. Characteristically, it is [low in fat], has the original flavor and richness of chicken meat, and is refreshing. [Texture] The meat is firm, juicy, and full of flavor.
