新川崎駅から少し歩いた所にある焼鳥屋さん
調べてみると関東圏に数店舗あるチェーン店とのこと
いつも焼鳥が安くて美味しいのですが、特に店長と思われる方が焼いている時の焼鳥が最高に美味しい
焼鳥って焼き加減が大事なんだなぁと分かる
鶏肉がパサつく事もなくジューシーに焼き上げる技術は凄いですね！
違う方が焼いている日は全然味（焼き加減）が違います！
