「とんかつ 武蔵」は、武蔵中原駅周辺で最も美味しいレストランの一つです。近くに用事があったので、1年ぶりに訪れました。ランチタイムにはいつも多くの人々で賑わい、その人気ぶりがうかがえます。注文したヒレかつ(1000円でコスパ良いです）は、いつ食べても満足度の高い美味しさ。大将とスタッフは連携を取りながら、とんかつが揚がるタイミングに合わせてテキパキと料理を提供してくれます。
