土曜日ディナーに訪問。
21時前に伺ったところ、店内は空いていてカウンターに案内いただきました。
今回は一品料理から黒豚上ロース+定食セットと、ホタルイカの酢味噌添えを注文。
今が旬のプリプリのホタルイカをつまみながらとんかつを待ちます。肝がたまらなく美味しかったです。
15分ぐらいでとんかつ登場!!!
葉っぱを模した器に盛られたとんかつが映えますねー!食べやすいようにカットされたお肉の切れ目から鮮やかな赤身が上品なこと!絶対美味しいヤツー!
何もつけずにいただきます!!!
下味しっかり系でシルキーな口触りが心地よく、ふっくらきめ細かいお肉は旨味たっぷりで美味しー!一品料理として、つまみで食べるのも分かる気がするなーと感じました。
ご飯も硬めに炊かれて粒立ってるのがドンピシャの好みで美味しいく、特にお味噌汁は青さの風味が豊かで、冷えないように油で膜をつくって仕上げているのがさすがだなと感じました。
店主さんとホールのマダムの方々はとても気さくで、人柄がお店の雰囲気に出ていて居心地の良い空間でした。ここは通いたくなりますね!また来ます!!!ご馳走様でした!!!
