牛肉を欲してました
川崎駅に向かう途中下車
久しぶりの武蔵小杉で焼肉ランチ
川崎住まいの時は
夜に月一回程度、お邪魔しておりました
リーズナブルに良質な肉が食べられる良店
ランチは初めての訪問です
ネットの情報だと土曜のランチタイムが錯綜してましたが
入店13:30
看板には14:45ラストオーダーとのことで安心しました
入店時にしきりに「予約されてますか？」を確認され恐縮しましたが
座敷の席に通されました
カルビ150g塩
ハラミ150gタレ
を注文しました
カルビはやや薄めのカットで
端の3角形となった切り落としなども混在
脂が多い部位ですからすぐ焼けます
ハラミは割りと厚切りで
食べたときのジューシー感を演出する狙いは素敵です
塩にすると味付け無しで提供されてそう
卓上の3種類の塩で自作します
TKG塩は
そのままご飯にかけても美味しかったです
おかわりのご飯やスープは
店内中央のスペースに鎮座
ドリンクバーはウーロン茶とアイスコーヒー
ご飯は一回おかわりしましたが
100g注文だとおそらく
おかわりできずにお腹いっぱいにはならないだろうな、と思います
食後にアイスコーヒーがあるは
とても良心的
武蔵小杉はファミリー層が多数増えて来ているので
座敷のある
こういったお店はニーズ高いでしょうね
