武蔵小杉での仕事を終えて、1人でふらっと伺いました。
1人だからカウンター。とりあえずビール。
イワシの梅煮がおすすめとのことでしたので、ではではそちらと牡蠣、お刺身3種盛りをお願いしました。
牡蠣は新鮮でプリプリ。ん、ハートランドが瓶である！お願いします。
イワシの梅煮、これもう絶品ですね。美味しい酒の肴。泊まりの出張だったら間違いなく日本酒が始まるところ。
刺身の盛り合わせ。鯖の青が綺麗です。美味しい。と、カウンター、隣のお兄さん、さし盛りのお皿何も残ってない。ツマも美味しいやつか？どれどれ、おっ、大根のツマうまし。
手の込んだお料理の数々、素晴らしい。
