ＪＲ南武線 武蔵新城北口を出て横断歩道を渡りCoCo壱番屋 JR武蔵新
城駅前店脇の新城北口はってん会を入って直ぐ右折して真っ直ぐ、麺
や 新のすけの少し先にコチラの店は有ります。
壁に大きく豚火門の文字が「tonkamon」と読むようです。
今回は飲み会に１時間遅れて到着。
予約者の名前を伝えると座敷に案内されました。
灯りの落とさせた店内。皆さんは良い加減にお酒が入ってます。
・生ハムとトマト、ポテトサラダ
取り分けて小皿に取り分けて頂いてました。
トマトに掛かったドレッシングは生ハムの味を邪魔しない。
貧乏性の自分はポテトサラダをチビチビ・・・もう少しジャガイモの
味が強くても良いかな？又は粗びきの胡椒を豪快にプラスしても良い
かな？
・白モツみそ煮込み
下処理をされたモツとスープに馴染むとソノ旨味がキャベツやニンジ
ンなどの野菜の甘味とバランス良く美味しいです。焼酎や日本酒に合う
ぅ～
・刺身盛り合わせ
ボタンエビはプリットした透き通った身が美味しいです。ホタテにはレ
モンの風味が付いてるが酒の邪魔をせずに良い感じ。コチラの料理には
自信を持ってるようですね。生臭く無く美味しモノでしたよ。（魚嫌い）
・赤門
トマトベースなのか？韓国ダレとの事。意表を突かれました。
豚バラ肉の美味しさが十二分に伝わってきます。
・黒門
デミグラスソースだと思ったら、黒味噌の様ですね。
良く煮込まれた豚バラロールはタマネギの甘さも有り美味しいのですが、
少しショッパイかな？
全体的に塩分を抑えても素材の味で活きるかな？
若い方には丁度良いのかな？それに最後まで飽きなかった料理の数々に
脱帽です。次回は何を頂こうかな？
