さっぱりとしたシャリのお寿司屋さん
妻と二人で訪問しました。以前から気になっていたお店でした。日吉駅と元住吉駅との間にあり、交通の便がよくなく、なかなか足が向かなかったのですが、なかなか良いお店でした。刺身盛り合わせ、握りを頂きましたが、どれも丁寧な仕事をされていて美味しかったです。特長は、シャリで、ササニシキ？とか使われているのでしょうか、米粒一つひとつがしっかりしていて、サッパリとした食感です。赤みをおびていて、寿司酢も何かこだわった物を使っているのかなと思いました。ちょっとこの辺にはないお寿司屋さんですので、また行ってみたいと思います。

駅から離れているので、なかなか利用しないのですが、3回目の利用です。ランチ握りに、イカゲソ焼き、穴子の白焼きを注文しました♪シャリや寿司種はクオリティーが高く、いいお店だと思います。残念なのは、前回もなのですが、大将が、スタッフを客前で、何度も叱りつける事です。この辺にはない、いいお店なので、そこが残念でした。
