ここのお店を見つけた方は本当に幸せです！！
近所に越してきて5年余り、開店当時から気になっていましたが勇気を持っておじゃましました。
上ロース、タン、我門カルビにジョッキ1杯！
感動しました！！
ロースはほんの少し炙っただけでOKです。自分は肉はよく焼き派なんですが、ここのお肉は必要ありません！！
カルビも焼きすぎるとなくなっちゃいます（●＾o＾●）
タンもわざわざ仙台までいった努力が・・・・
ランチもやっているそうなので後日伺いました。
もちろん「上ロースランチ」1,100円！！
ランチも手を抜きません、というよりも多分どちらかの店で食べたらこの何倍もの値段で安くておいしー！というような内容です。
3回お邪魔しましたが正直な気持ちを書きますと。。。。。絶対他の人には教えたくないお店です。
独り占めしたいお店です！！
オーナーのちょー熱い想いがこのお肉に結実しています。
それがわかる人は本当の幸せを共に感じることが出来るでしょう(*^^)v

この日どしゃ降り！
所用で富士のほうへの帰りに車を飛ばして駆けつけました。
もちろん新メニューの「我門コンビーフ」を食べるためです。
感想は・・・贅沢です！やわらかく、口に運ぶと・・じわじわと旨味が脳天に伝わります。
コラーゲンがいっぱい！ためしに火で炙ると溶けてしまった(゜o゜)Great！！
旨味のかたまりでいろいろな料理に使えそう。。。
そんな感じです。
あと、カルビスープも絶品です。
感想は・・・なんとも言えない広大な大地の味わいを感じます。多分癖になる味です。
