Children are welcome, but since the store is small, strollers and other items are not allowed next to the tables. 前々から気になっていたお店。
改装も終わり、開店したので予約して訪問。
土日当日予約だったが、19：15で予約が取れた。
●特選ハラミ
2000円オーバーの高級品。
だが、結構な量があり、お得感もある。
レアがおすすめということで、ささっと焼いて頂く。
柔らかく、旨味が強い。
味付けもうまい。
ご飯必須の味。
油のおいしさではなく、程よい脂と肉の旨味。
やはり、ハラミはうまい！
これはリピートしたい。
●上タン
分厚めの大きなタンが6枚。
はらみもだったが、1枚のサイズが大きいのがいい。
タン独特の歯応えと共に、旨味がジュワッと染み出る。
これまた美味い。
食べ応えも十分。
●並ロース
波とは思えないおいしさ。
この前に特選系ばかり食べていたが、並でも十分楽しめるお店なのでは？
並との違いも知っておきたいところ。
次は、一通り並を食べてみるか
●生センマイ
ユッケ承認店ということで意気揚々と頼んだが品切れ。。
3連休の中だったので、仕入れがしづらく品切れになっているとのこと。
とはいえ、代わりに頼んだセンマイも十分美味しい。
●セセリ
コリコリと弾力があり、旨味が強い。
牛も良いけど、鳥もうまい。
鶏の中でもセセリがあるのがセンスが良い。
●ホルモン
自慢の味ということで頼んでみる。
これが当たり。
はらみ同様つけている味が良い。
プルプル。
これまたご飯のお供にピッタリ
●マッコリ
ノーマルマッコリと高級マッコリの2種類あり、
飲んだことない高級な方を頂く。
とろっと微炭酸、味がめちゃ濃い。
これは美味い
が、なかなかな値段なので、飲み過ぎ注意。
ご馳走さまでした
人気店なのがわかる味。
あと、店員さんの接客が元気が良くて気持ちいい。
また来たくなるのは味だけじゃないだろう。
また行きます！
