新丸子駅から徒歩5分程、綱島街道沿いにお店を構える新進気鋭の町焼肉のお店。
店内は結構広めで、座敷からテーブル席まであり、家族連れが非常に多い印象を受けた。
全体的にバランスの取れた味付けで、すごく尖った何かは無いが、全体的に満足度の高い仕上がりになっていると感じた。
個人的にはタレ系と味噌ベースのモノがおすすめ。
塩系は肉質依存になる部分が若干強いので、お盆の時期というのもあるが少し物足りないかなと感じてしまった。
タレ系はジャンクっぽい見た目をしているが比較的マイルドて、適度にご飯と合う仕上がり。
〆物も一皿あたりの量はかなり控えめなので、複数種類注文してシェアするのにちょうど良いなと感じた。
上ハラミや特上タン、ユッケなどは品切れの恐れもあるため、念の為に事前予約するのがベター。
コスパも良く、強すぎない味付けで飽きずに食べられる町焼肉は意外と少ないので、モノがしっかりと揃った時期にまた伺わせていただきたい。
