武蔵小杉東急スクエア４階に、友人達と３人で夕食を食べに来ました。
お正月でこの階の他のお店が１９時以降営業していなかったので、仕方なくこちらのお店の回転寿司に入店しました。
２店舗しか営業していないのに空いていて、もしかしたらと思い少しずつ注文する事にしました。
・炙り銀だら
脂が凄く乗っていましたが、炙ってあるためそれ程脂っぽくはありませんでした。
だだ炙ってある割りには温かくなく、香ばしくなかったので、握っている所を見れば良かったです。
・納豆巻き
ひきわり納豆しか入っていなく、何処にでもある納豆でした。
巻物は２７５円でしたが、鉄火巻と納豆巻が同じ値段とは・・・。
・本日の光り物三貫盛
小肌、アジ、〆サバの３貫でした。
小肌は少し酸っぱく、サバはもっと酸っぱく、ただ酸っぱいだけで好みの締め加減ではありませんでした。
アジは鮮度が余りよくない印象でした。
友人がいらないと言って、２貫出てきた軍艦のツナマヨ、ホタテを１貫ずつくれ、おしんこ巻はシェアしてくれました。
ツナマヨコーンはコーンの味しかしなく、ホタテはプリプリ感と甘味もなく鮮度が悪過ぎで味もちょっと・・・。
おしんこ巻きは塩気の強いおしんこでした。
シャリが少し固めでした。
鮮度はお正月で市場がやっていないので仕方ないですが、ネタは冷やしすぎのためか冷たかったです。
お金がもったいないので、少しだけ食べて帰る事にしました。
お腹が満腹にはなりませんでしたが、他にお店も開いていなかったので、家に帰ることにしました。
店員さんがレーンに回っている乾いた握りを気づいてくれていれば、レーンの握りを取って食べたかもしれませんが！？
