追い煮干しそば
平日夜20時過ぎに訪問。先客3組4名。
おつまみ盛り合わせ500円、プレモル（中瓶）600円、味玉追い煮干しそば1,100円の食券を購入。
先に内容を確認すれば良かったのですが、おつまみ盛り合わせに味玉が入っており、1回の食事で味玉を2個食べることが決定。味玉好きですが、そこまでではありません。おつまみ盛り合わせをオーダーする場合、ラーメンにトッピング不要ですね。
おつまみ盛り合わせの中で美味しかったのは鶏チャーシュー。恐らく低温調理でしっとり柔らか。柚子胡椒の入った醤油タレと良くマッチしていました。味玉は普通の味玉。メンマは柔らかく味薄め。
ある程度おつまみを食べ終わったところでラーメンを作るようお願いしました。スープはサラサラですが、味はしっかり煮干しで昆布も感じられ、ストレート細麺がスープに良く合います。具はチャーシュー2種、大き目のみじん切り玉ねぎ、乾燥岩のり、ネギ、味玉。乾燥岩のりをスープに溶かすと、煮干しと相まってものすごい磯感でした。これは好き嫌いが分かれるかもしれません。
次回は味噌を食べてみたいと思います。

土曜日15時過ぎに到着で先客無し。15時閉店の店が多い中、15時半まで営業なのは、たった30分ですが助かりました。
味噌そばを食べてみたかったのですが、まさかのメニュー落ちで限定の濃厚牡蠣そばに味玉をトッピング。5分ちょっとで着丼。煮干しベースに牡蠣が組み合わされ、更に焦げも感じるスープとストレート細麺のマッチングが絶妙でした。
塩がやや強すぎ、これがなければ絶品という表現になったと思います。いずれにせよ他店では味わえない素晴らしいラーメンでした。
