I visited for the second time with a friend on a Friday in March for a quick meal. We didn't make a reservation, and it was around 7pm, so I thought it would be full, but there was one table seat available, so we were seated without any problems. We had the same drink as last time, a Dassai sparkling wine toast! The appetizer was Prosciutto. The dishes were: 1. 6 kinds of sashimi paccio + red snapper sashimi 2. Anchovy fries 3. Salted cod and potato dip 4. 4 kinds of cheese pasta 5. Raw Oyster 6. Dolce What surprised me this time was the 4 kinds of cheese pasta. After ordering, a huge pepper mill was brought to the table a while later. At first, I didn't realize that this was a pepper mill, so I was wondering... but I guess it's 70 centimeters tall. After that, some kind of platform was brought, followed by a large Parmigiano Reggiano whole, freshly boiled pasta, and 4 kinds of cheese, and the staff performed a performance of mixing the pasta and cheese into the whole in front of us. We were surprised and excited when we saw them grating some Parmigiano Reggiano with a spoon! The pasta had a nice aroma when mixed with cheese, especially the Gorgonzola cheese. We served the pasta on a plate and sprinkled peppercorns with a huge pepper mill to finish it off! As soon as we ate it, the chewy texture of the pasta and the rich aroma of cheese that was entangled in the noodles filled our mouths. It was a happy moment. We washed it down with a Chita Highball, which was great. Actually, white wine would have been better, but it was okay. We ended the meal with some desserts, and this time they brought us a tray full of cakes, and we chose two of them to share. I was very satisfied this time as well. Our table was right next to the open kitchen, so the heat of the kitchen was on my back! Thank you for the meal.
Stylish shops near the station
I visited with two friends on a weekday night. I didn't make a reservation, but I was shown to my seat right away. I've been to the affiliated Italian Cuisine bar Natura twice, but this was my first time. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Italian Cuisine and Japanese-style meal together. The open kitchen gives a very lively feel, and the customer service is very polite and pleasant. First, choose your drink. The first sake my friend tried was Dassai, and since Dassai Daiginjo Sparkling was on the menu, we both chose Dassai. It had a strong Japanese sake flavor but went down well, and went perfectly with Prosciutto that was served as an appetizer. I ordered sashimi paccio (sashimi and carpaccio), sweet potato gnocchi (not pictured), anchovy fries, and braised rockfish. There was squid in the carpaccio, but it was my first time, so it was new. The gnocchi was made with a cream sauce, and the chewy texture, as well as the sweetness of the sweet potato, made me feel happy. All the dishes are delicious! So I continued drinking, and after my second drink I switched to Chita Highball and had a total of 4 drinks. Finish off your meal with dolce. When I told the staff, they brought a plate with various types of dolce to my seat and explained each one to me, which was very moving. My friend and I each ordered a drink, coffee for him and a highball for me lol. We shared dolce with each other. The staff's customer service was excellent, and the restaurant had a very calm atmosphere.It took about an hour and a half, but it was a fulfilling time. I even made an appointment with an acquaintance to have fun with sake this time.

平日のディナータイムに予約無しで3回目の訪問です。人数を伝えるとカウンター席のみ空いているとのこと、問題ありません、初めてのカウンター席です。
入口を入ってすぐの所になりますので、外の空気が常に入って来ます。この日は寒く無かったので良しとしましょう。
知人がイタリアンの口と言ってたのでアヒージョは頼んだものの本日のおススメメニューを見て
*貝の盛り合わせ(赤貝、平貝、つぶ貝)
*生雲丹
*アンチョビポテト
*ベーコンとじゃがいものアヒージョ(バケット付)
*お通しの生ハム
和食とイタリアンが半々になってしまった、汗
頼んだドリンクも獺祭スパークリングからの日本酒(甲子林檎)(千葉県)からの白州ハイボールと言った内容でして、こちらもほぼ和のモードになってしまいました。
まずは獺祭スパークリングで乾杯!こちらにお邪魔した時は必ずこれだなあ、思いつつお通しの生ハムと一緒に頂くととても良く合います、本当に美味です。
この後すぐに貝の盛り合わせが運ばれて来ましたが、これも獺祭に良く合います。
つぶ貝のコリコリとした食感もいいですし、平貝はふわりとした食感、赤貝はしっとりかつコリコリしていて3種類を一度に味わえるのは貴重だなと。
特に平貝の刺身は私初めてではないかと思います。
貝盛り合わせを頂いている途中で日本酒(甲子林檎)にシフト。林檎の風味を感じるフルーティーな甘い飲み口です。貝との相性も良しです。
アヒージョ、アンチョビポテトフライもいただきましたが、安定の美味しさ。日本酒と合うかと言われるとアレですが、問題ありません。
そして今回の〆は何故か生雲丹でした。ウニのクリームパスタを頼むか迷った挙句、そんなにお腹に余裕が無い事もあり、本来生雲丹単品では提供してないのですが、無理を言って提供いただきました、感謝!
毎回思いますが、こちらのお店は照明も落ち着いていますし、スタッフの方の接客もとても好感がもてます。そして何より料理が美味い!
また近いうちにお邪魔すると思います、ご馳走様でした。
