平間駅から徒歩5分。
どこにでもある地元民で賑わう町の焼肉。
しかし、ここの肉はレベルが高い。
ハラミなんか下手な高級焼肉より断然美味しい。
今回は宴会コース。
いいミスジがなかったので、代わりにカイノミ。
ここの万全の特上ミスジも是非食べてみたいものだ。
タレの漬け方や食べさせ方も工夫されていて面白い。
脂が多めのともさんかくは山葵醤油で、ネギをたっぷりと巻く。
これがまたサッパリするけど、ネギの隙間に肉の旨みが染み込んで、食感もいい。
カイノミは出汁ポン酢的なの。
色々出てきてややうろ覚え。
ただどれも美味しかった。
追加で頼んだホルモン。
脂あり、と脂なしがある。
なしは塩ダレ。
歯応え良好。
脂ありは味噌ダレで。
これが脂と絡んで超好み。
それとここキムチも美味しい。
んで宴会コース、飲み放題、3品と各々がライスを頼み会計は6500円/人
コスパ良すぎる。
都内でコスパいいって言われてる焼肉でもトップクラス。
しかも普段使いできる。
匂いもほぼゼロックス。
2020初焼肉でハードルを高めすぎてしまった。
ここより美味しくて安い店見つけられるかな。。
